We had our daughters birthday party here a few years ago. So come explore … learn … reflect … have fun! One helpful hint; be sure to bring sanitizer and use it often!
We drove from out of town and had to find street parking with meters. Sanitizer aside, I would definitely recommend taking small kids here for a visit. After 20 minutes of trying to get someone on the line or answers to my question through the automated system I finally had to hang up. While we were visiting from out of town, we were recommended to take the kiddo there by my brother who lives in L.

Before the fire was contained on June 30, over museum of discovery & science acres and 259 home were destroyed, making it one of the most damaging wildfires in Colorado history. This exhibit tells the story of the High Park Fire from the perspective of the land itself and the people who live on it, taking visitors on a journey through the history of the forest, the fire itself, and the recovery of both the land and the people. The Museum of Discovery has made huge improvements in the past 6 months! Now, I recommend this theater for that: dumb, effects-ridden, lager-than-life-explosions blockbusters. But I really feel like we got some great entertainment value in a wholesome environment, so I can't complain. I could have spent hours on the brain teaser puzzle area. Your donation will support the program and allow more young women to participate! Overall, it was a neat experience and one that was worth the entry fee.
